"Our aim is to build loyalty with our clients and we are finding that, especially for millennials, they want experience-led rewards. So far we’ve used PURE Co for a mix of different things including some off-the-shelf hospitality such as the Six Nations and the Calcutta Cup. They have access to a number of sporting celebrities that we like, so we’ve also used them to book sports personalities such as Mike Tindall, Thomas Shanklin, Darren Gough and Rory Lawson to enhance events that we’re doing.
Our events partner PURE Co came to us to understand our business and our clients further as we are always looking for new ways to entertain our valued customers. After getting to know us and asking a lot of investigative questions around our various customer demographic and the market we are operating within, PURE Co came up with an insightful and intimate event which was current and appealing to us.
PURE Co organised for 15 of our key customers to dine with a very high-profile cricketing personality at Benares restaurant in Mayfair. The way the event was set up was different, it wasn’t just a quick meet or a Q&A, but rather an intimate dinner with a cricketing legend. The customers had the chance to ask questions, listen to topical events and gain behind the scenes insight in to how to manage an International Cricket Team.
Extra touches were added to the event (by PURE Co), including signed shirts for the guests as a memory from the event. The feedback that we received from the customers was invaluable and demonstrated that it was one of the best events we have ever put on."
